How do i move pictures from my computer onto my memory card?

i have a pc. i am trying to put an image from my pc onto my canon powershot sd600. or more specifically the polaroid 1gb memory card inside the camera, so that i can put the memory card in my picture mate and print it. i am typically decent with computers, i know how to move pictures from my memory card onto the computer, but i can't figure out how to make them go back the other way. it is driving me bananas.How do i move pictures from my computer onto my memory card?
Use ur USB cable then connect with ur pc (works only when u 've d/loaded canon s/ware) or put ur memory card into card reader then drag the pic u intend to put in the memory card and vice versa
