How do i reset my computer to factory settings?

I want to restore my computer to the way it was the day i pulled it out of the box. My computer is an ASUS Eee Pc. I have windows xp home edition. I dont have a disk drive. I have all of my stuff backed up i just want to completely start over fresh like it was the day i bought it. ThanksHow do i reset my computer to factory settings?

if it doesn't have a disc drive they should have made a recovery partition, look in ur documentation to see if they have, if not i suggest figuring out what drivers u have an buying a copy of win7 home premo then doing a clean install.


U must have all ur drivers an apps that u wanna keep as this will wipe everything save windows
system restore - look for the date you purchased it and set it to restore it and then it should ASK you if you want factory settings-choose yes~thast how my HP was before I built this one
