How to install xp from a usb hard disk to a new pc?

I have a usb hard disk 320 GB and it is bootable. I want to install xp or server 2003 on a new pc and this pc can boot from usb.

First you require a licensed copy of XP on CD. You can then copy onto the HD. Then just run set-up. You will be asked for the serial number.How to install xp from a usb hard disk to a new pc?

but,either way u must format your harddisk/flash/partion to install xp
In the computer bios change the first boot option to usb. Save and restart. After restarting the set up will start. Kindly follow the instruction given by the computer.
