I want to know why did I lose my PC to Phone calls after I updated my Messenger. Also how I can put it back.?

I still have $4.10 left to use put I no longer can make call from my PC. Can anyone help me put my Messenger back to where it shows my $4.10 and I can call anyone I want or any where I want.
