How do I get videos (that I recorded) from my iPod to my PC?

I have an iPod Nano 5th Generation, if that helps. I love taking videos on my iPod, but it's starting to take up a lot of memory %26amp; I want to be able to transfer my videos to my PC without having to download some sort of software in order to do it. I have a Windows Vista computer.

You have to enable iPod disk mode on iTunes at first, then you can drag the video from iPod to your pc, you don't have to download any software.
