How do I make the Bodies stay in left 4 dead 2 pc?

my version isn't Australian so that's not the case, but I like to see all the bodies I've killed around me. Some of the bodies do stay for like 5 seconds but I really want to see as many bodies as possible for a long period of time. Please help
