Ive tried going into safe mode and downloading spyware doctor and mbam but it dosn't let me install them even when I change the file names.
Ive tried getting onto task manager and registry entries but it just closes the window instantly.
Are there any other ways I can get rid of this?

The easiest way is to restart computer and open system restore (F11) then restore system to the date before ur comp got infected.
