Programs like Frostwire and Limewire are OK but you have to scan all items that come off as they are loaded with ';BAD THINGS'; You need a good uninstalling software and remove all parts of the software. REVO works great and is free. Download it off CNET. Install and run. Simpy using ';add and remove'; in your control panel will not completly remove all parts.
After you remove the program you will have to clean your computer as I am sure it is filled with sh*t. Use IObit360 and Advanced System Care. They will get rid of most sh*t and if you still have problems you might want to use a program like malware bytes. All of this software can be found for free.
After running ASC and you get a message that saye suggestions, open file ans submit it to an online scanner (follow directions that you will see), and if you have a more serious problem ie. RootKit the this will locate ot. Any further problems I would suggest seeking professional help.
Control panel, add/remove programs, and uninstall it. Then check the programs that it attaches to and remove any extensions. You could also use Ccleaner's program removal tool.
use the following software Revo Uninstaller 1.85

No, you can just uninstall it through the Add/Remove programs. Then make sure to run scans cause they probably got spyware/viruses from those downloads.
